By participating in Enterprise Data World I grant DATAVERSITY the right to use photographs for such purposes. I am aware this is a release of liability and rights of use related to photographs and video; a contract between myself and DATAVERSITY. In reviewing the current COVID-19 guidelines from the CDC, and the specific requirements in place in Orlando, FL, we will not be requiring proof of vaccination or negative testing in order to attend EDW 2024. DATAVERSITY still recommends that all attendees take measures to manage their own health risks and protect themselves by wearing face coverings (masks) indoors, and being vaccinated with the latest available boosters at least two weeks prior to attending the conference. If conditions around COVID-19 change such that stricter protocols are required by any health authority with jurisdiction in Orlando, FL, then we will notify attendees immediately.

DATAVERSITY cannot guarantee that its participants, volunteers, partners, or others in attendance will not become infected with COVID-19 or any other communicable disease, and will not be held liable for any instances of infection or illness for any participants who attend the events. Exhibitor shall indemnify the Indemnified Parties against all Claims by Exhibitor’s employees and guests arising out of or related to infection with COVID-19, whether before, during, or after attendance at the Event.

Discounts and Fees

Group Discounts: Register four or more team members, and everyone gets 25% off (now through the event)! It's like getting every 4th registration FREE. To register your group online, select at least four in-person registration options from the menu above, and the discount will automatically be applied. No coupon is necessary.

If you wish to register a group of more than 10 for a single registration type, please contact the Registration Team at registration@dataversity.net for assistance.

Please note: This does not apply to Non-Attendee registration options but to in-person options only. Group members must be with the same organization and register at the same time. There is no limit to your group size.

Professional Membership Discounts: Members of DAMA and/or Data Governance Professionals Organization (DGPO) are entitled to a discount on their registration fees. Please contact registration@dataversity.net for details.

Academic Discounts: Academic discounts are available for full-time faculty and students at accredited institutions. For questions about rates or to apply, email registration@dataversity.net.

Speakers: You will receive a coupon code via your speaker checklist (upon accepting your invite). Please note that these codes apply to Conference and Tutorial sessions from Monday morning through Thursday afternoon, with the option to add the Two-Day Seminars for an additional cost. New Sunday Program: Women in Data Management & Governance

We at DATAVERSITY have noticed a dramatic increase of women becoming data practitioners over the years. To better understand how we can better support this growing demographic, we held a special interest group at Enterprise Data World Fall in Anaheim, California. From that discussion, we have started building education, networking, and training opportunities, and are excited to be producing our first Women in Data Management and Governance event!

This event, taking place Sunday at 2:00pm, is included in your Enterprise Data World registration, and all are welcome.

DVTC Essential Subscription Included w/All In-Person Registrations

All in-person registrants receive access to DATAVERSITY Training Center's Essential Subscription for one year, which includes EDW 2024’s recorded sessions and all face-to-face conference presentations + webinars, podcast episodes, product demos, case studies, and online conferences, as well as the complete catalog of “What Is…” on-demand courses, and all related insider content.

Applicable to all in-person registrations with the exception of the Exhibit Booth Pass registration option.

Essential Subscription access will be shared via email a couple of weeks after the event, with EDW 2024 videos becoming available within 4 weeks of the event.

Speaker Replacement or Cancellation

Please understand that agenda adjustments may occur due to changes in the availability of speakers, especially with evolving COVID-19 conditions and travel limitations. If a speaker must cancel their participation, DATAVERSITY will make every possible attempt to find a replacement on the same or similar topic. Alternatively, if the speaker is scheduled to make a conference presentation but is unable to travel due to prevailing COVID-19 conditions, we may attempt to conduct that presentation remotely. All agenda adjustments will be published at the earliest possible opportunity.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received by March 1, 2024, will be fully refunded. Cancellations on or after March 2, 2024, will not be entitled to a refund but can receive a credit to a future event. To cancel your registration, please email registration@dataversity.net. Confirmed registrants who do not attend and do not cancel in writing are liable for the entire registration fee. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.

If DATAVERSITY is forced to cancel or postpone the event for any reason on or after March 2, 2024, no refunds will be made. Instead, a registration credit will be offered for future events.
