With over 30 years of operational business management experience, Shannon is the Chief Digital Officer at DATAVERSITY and is responsible for developing the strategy and implementation of all digital events, publications, and educational experiences. She is also actively engaged with the community as the moderator of DATAVERSITY webinars, online conferences, Demo Days, and the new DATAVERSITY Talks podcast.

Prior to joining the DATAVERSITY team, Shannon worked with Microsoft for a number of years in a variety of roles from Telecom Analyst to Business Manager. Throughout her career, she has put her focus on utilizing data to drive efficiency and productivity across organizations.

When not leading the digital team Shannon is an accomplished singer and member of Lake Grove Sanctuary Choir.

Kelle O'Neal is the founder and CEO of data consulting firm First San Francisco Partners (FSFP). She’s a veteran industry leader and accomplished advisor and a noted speaker, author and trainer.

Kelle is passionate about helping organizations realize the business value of data. Kelle’s strong background in customer relationship management, enterprise software and systems integration uniquely positions her to excel in helping organizations of all sizes and complexities successfully execute data governance, organizational change management, master data management and other information management initiatives.

Kelle developed her ability to work through organizational complexity, build consensus and drive results in senior roles at companies that include U.S.-based firms GoldenGate Software, Siebel Systems and Oracle. She also worked at the executive level in Europe and Asia.

Under Kelle’s leadership of First San Francisco Partners, the firm’s client base has grown significantly since 2007, as has its management, consulting and support teams.

An industry pioneer, Gwen was the primary author of the DGI framework and guidance materials published at DataGovernance.com, influencing hundreds of data programs around the globe. She spent many years providing data management and data governance consulting services before spending 10 years as an in-house data strategist for the World Bank Group's private sector arm. Much of her time there focused on translating between executives, program leaders, data governance teams, lawyers, architects, modelers, policy writers, auditors, and data quality teams. As a Subject Matter Expert for the ADG_BOK (Applied Data Governance Body of Knowledge), and in her new role as Principal Analyst for the DGI, she is helping practitioners contribute new types of value in the current era of Data Governance.

Aakriti Agrawal, MBA, CDMP Practitioner, is a Manager of Data Governance at American Express. Prior to this, she helped build a data governance program at Ameritas. She has a Master's degree with a focus in organizational and nonprofit change. On the side, she enjoys philanthropy and social entrepreneurship. She co-founded a nonprofit, Girls Code Lincoln, and is in the process of starting her second nonprofit, The Nonprofiting Org. Through her professional and philanthropic experiences, Aakriti has been able to practice effective change leadership by generating buy-in, developing processes, and creating robust programs that grow and thrive. She has been recognized with the Inspire Founders Award and the Emerging Young Leaders Award, has been nominated to the Forbes 30 Under 30 List, has given a TEDx talk, and serves on numerous boards of national and international nonprofits.
